Shipping: Medéa Gallery will ship your order within three business days. If you have an urgent deadline for receiving your order, please note that in the message box on your order submission and we will rush your order.

Order / Shipment Notification: When your package is sent, you will be notified by Medéa Gallery and provided a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Medéa Gallery will keep you informed of any delays or problems.

Delivery: All packages shipped via UPS and valued over $500 require a signature for delivery, unless you fax your order confirmation email to us indicating (and signing) that a signature is not required. All packages shipped via FedEx will require a signature for delivery. If this may be problematic for you, ie no one at home during the day, we request that you provide a shipping address where someone will be who can sign for packages.

International: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy: All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival. If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email. The Medéa Gallery accepts returns and will issue full refunds for goods damaged in shipment or returned in the original packaging in sale-able condition. All other situations will be handled case by case.
